Wipro is conducting a sustainability program “Earthian”. The details of the program are as follows: 

 

The primary concept of the program is – Writing a paper which leads to an award. Participants will be expected to author high quality papers on any of the given nine themes of sustainability( refer the second page of the attached invite for more details).The objective of the program is to encourage rigor and critical thinking, to develop an inter disciplinary view of the problem and present approaches that are innovative and practical. 

 

The winning institutions will get an opportunity to present their papers at a national forum hosted by Wipro and to interact with sustainability experts –a great platform for further engagement. The engagement with the winning institutions would continue beyond the awards on multiple fronts of sustainability. As a part of the continuous engagement, the institutions will get access to the larger sustainability ecosystem –research groups, other academic partners, funding groups etc.
