in simple way
calculte the distance between thw centres of two circles which comes out to be less the the radius of both
centre of radius u can find and thn using distance formula.
i think no need for complete

The condition for the cirlces to touch internally is that
"the distance between the centres of the two circles should be equal to the differnce between their radii"
