Loved this yoga studio! Such friendly and helpful staff. The class was excellent and was nice that there were ways to modify or challenge your poses throughout the class.

No room to change- I went to a hot yoga class in 4 degree weather and when class was out had to change (drenched in sweat and with the rest of the class) outside of the classroom in the small foyer area where the door was opening constantly because people were coming in for the next class. Not ideal. The class itself was wonderful!
