The class was a good workout, but probably better for people with some kickboxing experience. The instructor does not give you extra attention because you are new. The facility was not great, but it had the basic essentials.
The owner who was also the instructor was great. He wanted to help me and the rest of the class learn and get a good workout. It is a gym based on creating a workout community which is a great concept . The gym floor was dirty which is something that might have been nice to have s little cleaner since we workout without shoes and are on the floor a lot.
