Clean comfortable studio. Great personal attention from trainers who encourage a friendly group environment Changing bulletin boards with information, simple recipe suggestions. Nice rest rooms with well stocked helpful post workout items items {lotion, spray deodorant, etc}.

I started my Nift gift yesterday at Get in Shape for Women in Billerica. The staff have been wonderful and I am looking forward to my free month of training!! We’ll see if it’s a good fit for me. I would give it a five so far.
