UBURGER was originally conceived in 2001. The co-founders, Nick Kesaris and Spiro Kouvlis, were fed up with the lack of fresh fast food in the Boston area. They decided to do something about it and the 1st UBURGER was born. Opening it's doors in October 2006, in their flagship Kenmore Square location, UBURGER immediately became a neighborhood fixture among, student, locals and Red Sox fans.

I really enjoyed my burger! And they were very generous with the sweet potato fries. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with honey mustard. It was delicious! And the chocolate chip cookie was perfect (not too much chocolate like most places)
