At the Body Center we believe in Pilates as a way to increase flexibility and mobility while challenging stability and core control. It’s our mission to help our clients live healthier and more active lives through Pilates training. Our studio is a no-stress environment where you’ll likely run into someone you know and make new friends while you’re here. All our classes focus on form, technique and you in a down to earth manner with clear and easy to understand cues. We are here to give you your best workout every time. The location was hard to find and the teacher was a little rude in the beginning, didn’t feel very welcoming, but it was a challenging class, clean studio and good equipment
