Established in 2008, Estragon Tapas Bar has been serving traditional Spanish fare for almost ten years. Madrid-native Julio de Haro and Australian co-owner Lara Egger have created a menu inspired by Chef Julio's childhood kitchen, drawing inspiration from old family recipes and Spain's diverse culinary landscape.

The server was very friendly. The food was good but a bit oily.
I went around 6p. Nice atmosphere-bet it gets crazy on later evening. Drink was awesome, service excellent. Small, yummy plates. It's kind of out of my area, but would like to go again.
