Shilpi is an attentive and warm teacher! We learned about spices, practiced cooking techniques and made a delicious meal. I thought Indian food would be daunting, but she broke down the steps to make it very accessible. I feel comfortable trying to recreate these dishes at home.
This cooking class was truly spectacular I never thought I could master indian cooking. The food was flavourful fun and the teachers were great. Although the price point is a little above something i could justify often. I would recommend this as a great gift for someone who loves cooking or indian food or both! Thanks again!
