HOT 26 is a series inspired by the Bikram method of twenty-six hatha yoga postures and two breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 90-minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint, and internal organ in the body, giving you a wonderful sense of well-being. Hot 26 is considered a beginner series and is suitable for all levels.
