Although it’s not the most famous holiday, National Margarita Day gives cause to celebrate. Margaritas are a refreshing and delicious way to treat yourself all year round and we certainly get excited whenever we see them on a drink menu. We put together a list of our partners who serve up the best margaritas, so you’ll have to check them out this February 22nd. Just keep in mind that this is one holiday you likely won’t get the day off for:

Masa We couldn’t have a list of local spots to get a margarita without including Masa. The taqueria and tequila bar in the South End is one of the hottest dining destinations in Boston and is known for its award-winning margaritas, which won the Best of Boston Margarita from Boston Magazine. Its margaritas range from traditional to ones infused with jalapeno to ones mixed with sangria, so you’re sure to find one that you’ll love. 439 Tremont St., Boston, MA 02116

Temazcal Tequila Cantina With locations in Lynnfield and Boston’s Seaport District, Temazcal Tequila Cantina has been serving up delicious, upscale, and authentic Mexican food to its many loyal customers. Temazcal offers delicious cuisine, warm hospitality, and an attractive atmosphere, and it perfectly captures the essence of old world Mexico while giving it a contemporary twist. Both locations have a variety of award-winning margaritas to choose from, so it’s a great place to go to celebrate this holiday. 250 Northern Ave., Boston, MA 02210; 500 Market St., Lynnfield, MA 01940

Loretta’s Last Call Even though it’s located in Boston, Loretta’s Last Call offers customers a glimpse into the South. Loretta’s greets customers with Southern hospitality, delicious food, and live music, which makes it perfect for a night out with friends. They also make a yummy Pepper Jelly Margarita for you to drink this National Margarita day, so you’ll definitely want to head to this Fenway bar. 1 Lansdowne St., Boston, MA 02215

Canton Junction Sports Pub Canton Junction Sports Pub is always fun for a night out. The pub features three bars, pool tables and dart boards, a lounge, a dance floor, and over 20 TVs. The menu consists of traditional pub fare and a variety of drinks, which include a variety of margaritas. We have no doubt that you’ll love Canton Junction Sports Pub’s frozen margaritas for February 22nd. 399 Neponset St., Canton, MA 02021

Naco Taco You’ll know you’ve arrived at Naco Taco when you see the funky trailer (which is actually the kitchen) out front. Nestled in the heart of Central Square, this neighborhood spot serves up margaritas from traditional to innovative – think hibiscus and lemon or mezcal with pineapple shrub. While you’re there, be sure to check out their food menu which includes everything from duck confit tacos to fried egg tostadas and tortas made with Naco Taco’s own corn telera. 297 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, MA 02139
