We're actively looking to hire a Growth Research Analyst “GRA” to join our ecommerce team. The velocity of Nift’s growth is tied to identifying, developing, and advancing Partnerships. This role is at the forefront of identifying businesses that fit Nift’s partnership framework where significant resources will be deployed to impact the trajectory of our business. The GRA will be responsible for researching, identifying, and assessing new and existing accounts. You will decide on best practices for messaging and optimizing the content of our outreach efforts. This position is analytics and research-focused and will not require you to make sales calls

What you will do:

  • Provide analysis and insight to make informed business decisions for diverse projects
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding an assigned researched quota
  • Validate and maintain contact info of prospects and review accounts for ideal customer profile fit; set tasks in Hubspot CRM for high-value leads identified from research and lead scoring mechanisms
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding an assigned monthly research quota
  • Research prospects and existing Partners for potential “Nift-able” moments
  • Research and pre-qualify prospective Partners to identify decision-makers and key influencers to contact

What You Need:

  • We are ideally looking for someone with 1-4 years of experience, but we are open to recent graduates who are driven and have business acumen
