Our patented technology connects millions of consumers to advertisers, resulting in high conversions for our clients while delighting consumers. Over the last year, our ecommerce partners have shifted significant portions of their marketing budgets to Nift. Our investors are the same folks who invested in innovative start-ups that redefined or created a new category like Snap, Slack, Warby Parker, Wayfair, and Twitter.

We’re seeking talented sales professionals for our ecommerce team who desire to be game-changers for Nift, and their clients. Our sales cycles are fast, repeatable, and with a low barrier to test and scale the Nift platform. This is an early-stage opportunity to make a mark and be the benchmark by which future sales professionals at Nift will be measured. The candidate should be experienced in paid search/performance marketing. They should be well-versed in the full cycle of sales, from prospecting, securing meetings, discovery, presentation, and aligning to close deals. Experience in growing and building a team is a plus but not a necessity. This role is remotely based within the United States.

What you will do:

  • Execute, and build upon, a full-cycle sales process from research, prospecting to secure meetings, conducting discovery, aligning and presenting recommendations, and closing the sale.
  • Generate new leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Understand how different customer acquisition models work
  • Quickly build rapport and credibility with prospects
  • Collaborate with the client success team to ensure customer acquisition goals are being met, working with the client success team

What You Need:

  • Motivation, drive, grit, integrity, and a can-do attitude
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a focus on paid acquisition, paid search, or growth marketing
  • Interpersonal skills that help you connect, build rapport

  • Strong sales instincts and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, and outstanding at follow-up
  • Experience with CRM and productivity tools
  • Track record of consistently achieving goals and proactively getting things done for you and your team
