The role:

You’ll be part of a growing, dynamic, collaborative team that’s having fun while helping neighborhood businesses really succeed. Our fast-paced and innovative environment is the perfect place for someone who is interested in being a part of a growing tech startup.

What you will do:

  • Present Nift and its value proposition to prospective small business owners
  • Develop and manage accounts on a daily basis
  • Write and send daily follow up emails to existing and prospective business owners
  • Track and report your success (emails, phone calls and any lead generation activities)
  • Grow into a senior account manager role with the potential of a leadership position as you reach your revenue goals and objectives

In the first 3 months…

  • Learn about Nift and its value proposition to local businesses
  • Learn how to present what we do, how it works and the benefits of joining Nift as a business owner
  • Train and become proficient with sales tools such as Outreach, Ambition, LinkedIn
  • How to use an assumptive close

What You Need:

  • College degree (BA/BS), motivation, drive, grit, integrity and a can-do attitude
  • Minimum of 1-3 years (3-5 years preferable) successful sales with quota attainment and consistent demonstrable performance
  • Ability to take direction, learn scripts, follow coaching and implement quickly
  • Attention to detail -- we have a metric-driven approach to sales
  • Interpersonal skills that help you connect, build rapport and trust quickly
  • Strong sales instincts-- closing and follow up skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fun, fast paced, tech environment
  • Track record of proactively getting things done for you and the team (this means you’re a self-starter AND you’re comfortable with ambiguity)
