Nift’s Client Success Team serves as the primary support for ecommerce advertisers. As a result of more and more advertisers moving their budgets to Nift, we are expanding our team to ensure continued delivery of world-class client success.


As an Ecommerce Campaign Manager, you will manage multiple complex projects and clients, aiming to improve sales & campaign optimization/efficiency while demonstrating impact and improving internal processes when possible. This requires innovative thinking, top notch project management, risk taking, crisp communication, independent prioritization and effective cross-functional coordination.


You will reply to and resolve complex questions, provide knowledgeable troubleshooting for an array of issues related to onboarding, account set up, campaign performance and more. You will set the bar for product knowledge, instincts and expertise on the team and serve as an available reliable resource. You are passionate about technology and have a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments. You are detail-oriented and capable of quickly learning and applying technical concepts. You exhibit a proactive, can-do spirit and approach your work with vigor and determination.


    What you will do:

    • Proactively establish, manage, monitor and optimize clients' campaign performance, efficiency and budgets
    • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Analyze, collect and present data for reporting
    • Gain a deep understanding of our clients’ business goals, turning data into compelling stories and actionable insights
    • Set accurate expectations with clients
    • Build relationships and assist in managing multiple client accounts
    • Monitor patterns and proactively surface proposals to improve quality, productivity and efficiency

    What You Need:

    • At least 1 year of experience digital marketing campaign management
    • Proven experience optimizing PPC, CPA, CPC, LTV campaigns
    • Excellent spreadsheet skills i.e. analyzing/extracting/exporting data - you should be comfortable with pivot tables
    • Outstanding ability to craft then tell “the story” using client data
    • Great communication skills & attention to detail, able to quickly become a trusted partner for cross-functional teams
    • Ability to handle urgent escalations coming from stakeholders in a professional & efficient manner
    • Ability to multitask, prioritizing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
    • Exceptionally resourceful; fearless in mining available knowledge bases to find answers
    • Innovative in coming up with new ideas and new ways to put them to action
    • Experience with a CRM tool preferred
