Nift’s Client Success Team serves as the primary support for ecommerce advertisers. As a result of more and more online brands moving their budgets to Nift, we are expanding our team to ensure the continued delivery of world-class client success. As an Ecommerce Campaign Coordinator, you will work on multiple complex client projects, supporting the Client Success and Sales teams as they strive to optimize campaigns. This role will require attention to detail, innovative thinking, project management, risk-taking, crisp communication, independent prioritization, and effective cross-functional coordination.

You will reply to and resolve questions/issues from clients and colleagues, and provide troubleshooting on a variety of issues related to onboarding clients, account setup, campaign performance, and more. You are passionate about technology and have a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments. You are detail-oriented and capable of applying technical concepts/solutions to daily tasks. You exhibit a proactive, can-do spirit and approach your work with vigor and determination.

What you will do:

  • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze, collect and present data for reporting
  • Support the Client's Success as they use data to tell compelling stories and actionable insights
  • Support to achieve the goals/objectives that are set with clients
  • Support to achieve the goals/objectives that are set with clients
  • Begin to build client relationships and assist Client Success and Sales as they win/manage accounts
  • Monitor patterns and proactively surface proposals to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency
  • Perform research on current and potential clients

  • What You Need:

  • Excellent spreadsheet skills i.e. analyzing/extracting/exporting data - you should be comfortable with pivot tables in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Gather, pull and format data enabling Client Success to glean insights and make recommendations
  • Prepare client kick-off call material i.e. decks, data, insights
  • Great communication skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to handle urgent escalations in a professional & efficient manner
  • To become a trusted teammate & partner to clients
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Exceptionally resourceful, creative, and determined in their pursuit of finding answers
  • Experience with a CRM tool preferred
  • Experience with or exposure to PPC, CPA, CPC, LTV is a plus
