Nift’s Client Success Team serves as the primary support for ecommerce advertisers. As a result of more and more online brands moving their budgets to Nift, we are expanding our team to ensure the continued delivery of world-class client success. As an Ecommerce Campaign Coordinator, you will work on multiple complex client projects, supporting the Client Success and Sales teams as they strive to optimize campaigns. This role will require attention to detail, innovative thinking, project management, risk-taking, crisp communication, independent prioritization, and effective cross-functional coordination.
You will reply to and resolve questions/issues from clients and colleagues, and provide troubleshooting on a variety of issues related to onboarding clients, account setup, campaign performance, and more. You are passionate about technology and have a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments. You are detail-oriented and capable of applying technical concepts/solutions to daily tasks. You exhibit a proactive, can-do spirit and approach your work with vigor and determination.
