Growth Product Manager
Business Development Team

Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month and we are actively looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our team. We are a well-managed, cash-flow-positive company with a customer-first mindset. Our investors are the same folks who invested in Fitbit, Warby Parker, Wayfair, and Twitter. We're looking for a subject matter expert SME to help build our growth playbook and scale our company.

The role:

You will report to and work closely with our VP of Business Development and the entire leadership team to create “unlocks” for accelerated product & business performance. In this role, you will work with our Partners to drive revenue growth and improve the consumer experience by improving the quality of the flow/funnel and increasing activations. This is a critical area of growth for Nift where you need to identify & prioritize key areas of opportunity for revenue growth. You will partner closely with UX/Brand, Development, and Data Science/Analytics to implement product changes that drive growth. We are looking for an experienced specialist with a revenue growth mindset to understand customer behavior using data & research; and execution focus to iteratively test, measure, and learn.

What you will do:

  • Partner with Data Science and Product to deeply understand consumer, customer & partner behavior
  • Develop and drive a meticulously prioritized growth experimentation roadmap that aligns with business performance and partner/customer needs
  • Lead test execution across multiple surfaces to unlock incremental revenue while improving customer experience
  • Collaborate with Product & UX/Brand teams to create seamless experiences
  • Relentlessly derive hypotheses for the next areas for growth & optimization
  • Create dashboards for actionable insight into any and all of Nift usage data
  • Optimize for outcomes with our partners, brands, and local businesses

What You Need:

  • At least 3 years of Product Management experience with an emphasis on testing and responsibilities driving conversion improvements
  • Proven experience with experiment design, execution, insight, iteration, and ultimately driving revenue through your efforts
  • Experience creating data-informed hypotheses that will power experiment design and findings
  • A track record of delivering products/features that increase revenue and business outcomes for an eCommerce, internet, or digital advertising company
  • Highly collaborative – experience aligning with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to derive clear and concise narratives from data
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, outstanding with follow-up
  • Hands-on experience with web and business performance analytics
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fun, fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS or equivalent practical experience, an MBA is preferred
