This role will be critical to the success of Nift.
The role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Client Success. You will be a crucial member of our team responsible for managing the relationship and driving the growth of multiple brands. Your primary focus will be nurturing, strengthening, and scaling growth with our clients. You will understand their business objectives, and implement strategies to scale their budgets effectively and efficiently. You will act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and successful campaign execution. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a passion for excellence, and a commitment to contributing to our company's success.
What you will do:
- Proactively manage, monitor, and optimize client campaigns aiming to improve performance, efficiency, and budgets
- Set and manage accurate expectations with clients
- Conduct onboarding calls, traffic assets, and set up new campaigns through Nift's managed service platform for ecommerce brands
- Analyze, collect and present data for internal external reporting that quickly communicates performance
- Gain a deep understanding of our client’s business goals through direct understanding and researching clients' business and/or industry. Utilize knowledge and data collected into compelling stories, actionable insights and campaign recommendations to help them succeed
- Develop/populate client dashboards as needed
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients. Develop persuasive proposals and present them to clients to enhance their overall experience and results
- Communication and Reporting: Maintain a cadence of communication with clients, providing them with status updates, performance reports, and other relevant information. Address any concerns promptly and maintain open lines of communication
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, identify issues related to product, policy or process that are adversely affecting the business and resolve them
- Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes that may impact clients. Leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
- Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by consistently delivering on promises and promptly resolving any issues that may arise
What You Need:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of Account Management and/or Client Success experience with at least 5 years of with a digital advertising channel
- Prior experience nurturing, growing & managing relationships with ecommerce brands
- Proven experience working with PPC, CPA, CPC, LTV models when supporting performance marketeers with clients
- Previous experience scaling and growing client budgets
- Outstanding ability to craft and then tell “the story” using analyzed client data
- Excellent spreadsheet skills i.e. analyzing/extracting/exporting data. Comfortable with pivot tables & developing formulas
- Sense of urgency and the ability to respond to stakeholder escalations
- Great communication skills & attention to detail, able to quickly become a trusted partner for cross-functional teams
- Able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- First to try new things and provide actionable feedback
- Highly self-motivated, well-organized with an attention to detail
