BOSTON – September 13, 2018 – Nift Networks announced today that it has integrated with Constant Contact. Nift is an invitation-only network that helps neighborhood businesses thank their best customers and brings new ones through the door. Nift’s technology partnership with Constant Contact makes it even easier for merchants to grow and maintain their businesses.
Merchants using Nift can access Constant Contact’s online marketing platform and additional services to help build relationships with their customers and find new ones using all the platforms that matter: email, social media, mobile sites, and the web.
“With Constant Contact, it’s super easy for merchants to grow their email list, update contacts between the platform and other applications, and send targeted email campaigns that get results from their customers,” said Elery Pfeffer, CEO and Founder of Nift. “With this integration, we’re committed to fueling small business success by offering an impactful way to build lasting customer relationships.”
The integration lets Nift pull a merchant’s Constant Contact email lists into their Nift account. With the integration it’s immediate: as soon as a merchant adds a contact in their Constant Contact account, it will populate in Nift. Merchants who use both will have access to an up-to-date view of their customer base. This way, Nift is able to ensure that new customers to the business will not be pre-existing customers. Nift merchants can also send customized emails containing $30 Nift gift cards to their email lists in Constant Contact.
“When companies integrate with Constant Contact through our open API, they help us arm our small business customers with all the tools they need to be successful. We’re joining forces with other products and services that small businesses use every day,” said Dom LaCava, Director of Global Partnerships at Constant Contact. “Nift’s integration aligns perfectly with this goal. We look forward to working together to help drive small business success.”
Nift is a community of businesses using Nifts--neighborhood gifts--to promote one another and power local economies. Developed in collaboration with local merchants, Nift uses machine learning to match neighborhood businesses with the right local customers, getting them to walk through the door. Founded in 2014 in Boston, Nift has raised $16.5M in funding from Spark Capital, Foundry and others. To learn more, visit www.GoNift.com.
