GasBuddy, a cheaper gasoline finder app and website, sought ways to delight their customers, improve engagement, and boost month-over-month retention to drive revenue. It needed to get its 100M+ users pumped to:

  • Drive more real-time gas price reporting to deliver on its core value proposition
  • Increase the frequency of app sessions, fueling their ads business
  • Keep people engaged and paying with their GasBuddy card

Solution

In 2024, the company celebrated a  217% year-over-year revenue growth — in part, thanks to the implementation of Nift’s SDK in Q3. Now, by giving thank-you gifts through its app, GasBuddy can reach even more customers. It boasted a 27% revenue upturn in Q4 alone.
