My daughter had got to the mail before I did and shes been wanting the exact color for quite some time now. So instead I gave it to her and I helped her color her hair. It looks awesome on her we both love the way it came out we definitely will keep using esalon. Next time I gets shipped to us it will be my turn to color my hair and I will probably be doing the same color.

Great customer service. I love the packaging and quality of the product. Personalized color done by a colorist based on my photo and questionnaire. My color ended up being a little darker than I wanted but I got great grey coverage, and that’s good for me!
