The selection of food is great and I've already gotten a couple boxes. I'm glad that you can switch between chicken, pork, beef and tofu. I'm a big chicken eater so that part is great for me. The prices aren't that bad, neither is the shipping. They show up once a week and everything is packed individually so if there is allergies ur food is pretty protected. I love how they are short meals and comes with the pages for directions and what not. Have recommended it to friends as well

We are going to be away for the next few months, but will definitely use the brand again when we return home

The meals/recipes were good but I live alone so it is way too much food for me! Would be better if had 2 meal boxes or single person options.
