I would use this brand again if I could afford it. I have another option for therapy through my health insurance, but I like betterhelp better

I haven't had time to use the gift yet. I do think therapy is important, and frankly there should be more free gifts like this available to people, (especially low income who need it.) However we shouldn't have to rely on corporate app gifts to get therapy, and Tinder should commit to advocating for free mental healthcare in a Medicare for all type plan.
