this is a service that I really did not need but the staff and customer service representatives were extremely helpful and understanding and I feel that if I were a customer ever received excellent service because from the moment that I spoke to the first representative this is a moment that I spoke to the last representative everyone that I spoke to was extremely professional helpful and friendly and now I know that if I'm ever in need of their services I will rece ive excellent service from this company Better Help.

I would use this brand again if I could afford it. I have another option for therapy through my health insurance, but I like betterhelp better

I haven't had time to use the gift yet. I do think therapy is important, and frankly there should be more free gifts like this available to people, (especially low income who need it.) However we shouldn't have to rely on corporate app gifts to get therapy, and Tinder should commit to advocating for free mental healthcare in a Medicare for all type plan.

I really liked the therapist that I was matched with, the only issue I had was with the billing. So that’s why I had to cancel the membership
