Protecting your privacy is really important to us. Accordingly, Nift Networkss, Inc. (Nift Networks or “we”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that we receive when you use our website, currently available at http://www.gonift.com (the Nift Networks Site”) and associated services (“Services”). This Privacy Policy applies only to the Nift Networks Site and the Services and doesn't apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services.

As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you as an individual, such as your name, phone number, email address and/or physical address. Also, please note that, unless we define a term in this Privacy Policy, all capitalized words used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect and How We Use it

Through the Nift Networks Site:

Nift Networks does not collect Personal Information about you through the Nift Networks Site unless you provide it to us voluntarily. For instance, if you are a customer and want to sign up for the use of the Services (“Merchant”), we may collect your [name, company name, email address and telephone number] and other Personal Information that you decide to submit to us.
Similarly, if you (whether you are a Merchant or just a user browsing the Site) desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Nift Networks Site, you may be required to become a registered user and to submit certain Personal Information to us to allow you to register with our site.

Through the Services:

We typically collect information about Merchants' customers (“Consumers”) in connection with the provision of our Services. In particular, Merchants may provide us with Consumers' names and email addresses in connection with the provision of our Services.

We use the information that we collect about Consumers mainly to provide the Services to our Merchants. In addition, we may combine such information with data purchased from third parties or publicly available information, all for the purpose of enabling Merchants to provide more tailored rewards and other offerings.

Information Collected Using Cookies. We collect certain information through the use of “cookies,” which are small text files that are saved by your browser when you access our Services. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to identify that you've logged in to the Services and to tell us how and when you interact with our Services. We may also use cookies to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on our Services and to customize and improve our Services. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted when you log off from the Services and close your browser. Although most browsers automatically accept cookies, you can change your browser options to stop automatically accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting cookies. If you are a Consumer and do not wish to receive rewards or other offerings provided in connection with our services, you may opt-out of receiving such offerings upon receipt by emailing us at info@gonift.com or by following the instructions provided to you in the relevant email.

The Security of Your Information
We take reasonable measures to protect the information that we collect from or about you (including your Personal Information) from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.

Our Services may contain links to other websites and services. Any information that you provide on or to a third-party website or service is provided directly to the owner of the website or service and is subject to that party's privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to such websites or services and we're not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of those websites or services. Modifying Your Information
If you are a Merchant , you can access and modify the Consumer List Information associated with your account by contacting us at info@gonift.com. If you want us to delete your Personal Information and/or your account, please contact us at info@gonift.com with your request. We'll take steps to delete your information as soon as is practicable, but some information (such as your email address) may remain in archived/backup copies for our records or as otherwise required by law.

International Transfer
Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you're located outside the United States and choose to provide your Personal Information to us, we may transfer your Personal Information to the United States and process it there (or any other country in which we operate). Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of any Personal Information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Our Policy Toward Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
