Nift makes it easy to discover and try new brands by introducing them as thank-you gifts from businesses people use every day.
If you’ve received a thank-you gift via email, we may ask for your name, email address and zip code to verify gift eligibility and deliver your gift. We may also ask what kinds of products, services, and places you’d like to try, to match you with the best available gifts that suit your preferences — like wine, food delivery, clothing, and more.

We invite you to read this Privacy Policy, which explains how Nift Networks, Inc. (“Nift,” “us,” “our,” and “we”), collects, uses, discloses, and shares your Personal Information. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, your “Personal Information” includes any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could be reasonably linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household.

Nift's Business
Nift provides an online and mobile application platform (“Nift Sites”) to enable you to discover new brands and our third-party business customers share in the process of that discovery. We team with third-party ecommerce, restaurants and other businesses (“Partners”) who enable you to be matched with promotional offers and discounts for goods or services (“Gifts”) from our third-party advertisers (“Advertisers”) displayed on the Nift’s online and mobile application platform (together, our “Services”). As part of the Services, you may choose to sign up to receive communications from Advertisers or Partners online (mobile web and desktop web, mobile application(s)), through email, phone or SMS mobile text messages.
Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Policy applies to all users of Nift’s website published at https://www.gonift.com/, Nift’s mobile device applications, social media accounts, as well as Nift technology that is integrated on our Partners’ websites, emails and mobile applications that are branded “Nift” (collectively, “Nift Sites”) and link to or reference this Privacy Policy. Additionally, this Privacy Policy applies to individuals who engage with Nift on behalf of their company or employer in business dealings with Nift. This Privacy Policy does not apply where Nift processes your Personal Information on behalf of any Partners or Advertisers to enable them to serve their own marketing information or promotional offers other than Gifts through the Nift Sites. Further, this Privacy Policy does not apply to Advertisers’ fulfillment of Gifts. Please consult the privacy policies or notices of those Partners and Advertisers to understand how they use your Personal Information.
International Data Transfer and Data Privacy Framework
If you use or access Nift Sites anywhere outside of the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the Asia-Pacific region, we will store, process and use your Personal Information in the United States only. If you use or access the Nift Sites from the European Union or United Kingdom, we will store, process and use your Personal Information in both Ireland and the United States. If you use or access the Nift Sites from the Asia-Pacific region, we will store, process and use your Personal Information in both Singapore and the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, you acknowledge and agree that the laws in your geographic location may differ from United States law and you agree that Nift may transfer your Personal Information outside of your geographic location to the United States for storage and processing. You further agree that you consent to that transfer, storage, and processing into the United States according to the laws applicable in your location.
E.U./U.K. Residents: we may transfer your Personal Information to the United States, where Nift conducts business in accordance with the Data Privacy Framework Policy here.
The Choice is Yours to Sign Up for a Gift
There is no obligation for you to sign up for a Gift. When you sign up to obtain a Gift, you may provide us with your Personal Information (as set forth in “Ways We Collect Your Personal Information”). By providing us your Personal Information, you consent to us collecting, storing and using that Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may share your Personal Information, where applicable, with the Advertiser offering the Gift so that they may provide further information associated with such Gift, and then fulfill such Gift. There are no negative consequences if you do not sign up for a Gift.
Ways We Collect Your Personal Information
1. When You Give It to Us or Give Us Permission to Obtain It
- When you engage with the Nift Sites and our Services, you may provide us with your name, email address, zip code, phone number, and other Personal Information that you provide to us in conjunction with your activation and selection of a Gift through the Nift Sites.
- When you create a Nift account, including through our mobile app, you provide your contact information, including name and email address and other identifiers that you choose to provide, as well as authentication information for your login (such as a password).
- If you interact with Nift on behalf of your business or employer in conjunction with an actual or potential business relationship, we will collect Personal Information in the course of managing the relationship, including your contact information, history, as well as account login information and account activity.
- You may provide Personal Information when you communicate with us, including if you engage in our surveys or feedback requests, and if you contact customer support. We also collect details of communications that we send you (such as via email, text messages, etc. or within the Nift Sites). You may also provide information to us through social media, including if you interact or comment with any of our social media accounts.
2. Our Partners and Advertisers Share Information with Us
- Personal Information about you may be provided to us by Partners and Advertisers as part of our Services to them. For example, our Advertisers sometimes provide their customers’ names and email addresses to Nift so that their Gifts reach new customers through the Nift Sites. We also receive information associated with whether and when you redeem Gifts from our Advertisers, including information to help us better understand what kinds of Gifts that may interest you. Our Partners also sometimes provide your information to us, or otherwise display offers of Gifts to you through the Nift Sites.
3. We Also Get Technical Information When You Use the Nift Sites
- We may collect certain information about your device when you interact with the Nift Sites, including device identifiers (your browser type, whether you are on a desktop, laptop or mobile device, and information about your interactions with us while using the device (such as your clicks on content and page views while on our website only). Additionally, device and analytic information may be retrieved from your device/web browser, which may include, among other things, your IP address, browser type/version, and/or general geolocation information based on your IP address.
- We may collect your history about your interactions with the Nift Sites, including the Gifts you view, select, activate and redeem, as well as communications sent on behalf of Nift, Advertisers or Partners. This includes, among other things, information relating to Gift interaction, including click-through rates and viewing data.
- We may infer data about you, including your gender from your name, and location from your IP address if we do not have your Zip code.
- We may collect relationship information that helps us to understand who you are when you complete surveys so that we may better match you with Gifts you might like, including demographics, lifestyle preferences, and the types of offers that interest you. You may provide this information to us when selecting a Gift, as well as through surveys on the Nift Sites.
- Our Services may use invisible CAPTCHA, a third-party software that operates in the background of our Services and collects information about users for security purposes. Information collected through the use of Invisible CAPTCHA is held in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy, located at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

How, When and Why We Use Your Personal Information
As described above, Nift’s Services includes introducing our Partners’ consumers with offers of Gifts from our Advertisers. The Nift Sites display Gifts from Advertisers and Partners and allows you to sign up to receive communications for such Gifts. The following details the purpose for using your Personal Information as well as the basis on which we disclose information to our Partners, and Advertisers and other third-party processors.
1. Use of Personal Information by Nift. We may use your Personal Information for certain purposes, including:
- Provide, maintain and improve the Nift Sites, including features and functionalities.
- Manage our everyday business needs such as website administration, analytics and security.
- Facilitate our business, including integrating Partners, onboarding and activating Advertisers, generating marketing and promotional campaigns to introduce our Partners’ customers with offers of Gifts from our Advertisers through the Nift Sites. This also includes directly engaging with consumers through the Gift process.
- Evaluate and personalize the types of Gifts that may be of interest to you so that we may provide you with more relevant Gifts based on your stated user responses about your interests and personal characteristics. This may include information aided by artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Analyze and understand how you use the Nift Sites, including, but not limited to tracking selection and redemption of Gifts.
- Evaluate or conduct a potential or actual business relationship if you engage with us on behalf of an employer or company.
- Audit the Services.
- Send marketing and informational messages, which may include having third parties send emails on our behalf.
- Investigate and respond to any customer service inquiries you might have.
- Validation by invisible CAPTCHA.
- Communicate and provide additional information which may be of interest to you about Nift, our Partners and Advertisers, such as marketing materials, reminders, technical notices updates, support and security alerts.
- Infer the location and types of Gifts that may interest you.
- Administer surveys or other promotional activities.
- Evaluate or participate in potential or actual mergers or acquisitions with third parties.
- Promote safety, security, and fraud prevention through the Nift Sites.
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce our policies.
2. Disclosure of your Personal Information
- We may disclose your Personal Information, including name, email address, and other information you give us, to Advertisers when you select their Gifts for the purposes of gift fulfillment and tracking.
- We may disclose your Personal Information, including name, email address, other information you give us, and information pertaining to Gifts you view or select, to Partners who direct you to the Nift Sites for the purposes of tracking and analytics.
- Nift may also disclose information about you that does not identify you personally. For example, we may provide our Advertisers, Partners or other third parties with reports that contain aggregated data, statistical data, and/or anonymized data.
- We retain employees and certain service providers to assist us in processing your Personal Information in accordance with our instructions and solely as necessary to perform the Services and manage our business.
- We may be required to provide Personal Information to legal authorities or others as necessary to i) comply with a law, regulation or legal request (including requests related to national security or law enforcement requirements), ii) to protect the rights or property of a third party or Nift, or iii) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues related to the Gift process.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to correction/rectify/delete your Personal Information, to opt out of certain targeting practices, or to withdraw consent for processing where you have previously provided consent. Please see “Privacy Statement for EEA, Swiss, and UK Users” and “California Privacy Statement and Notice of Collection” for more information. Below we explain how to exercise these rights:
- Accessing, Changing or Deleting Your Information. You can access your information and change, correct or delete certain Personal Information that Nift collected about you. By sending an email to privacy@gonift.com as further described in “Contact Us” below, you can: (i) request a copy of the Personal Information Nift maintains about you, or (ii) request that Nift change, correct or delete the Personal Information that Nift has collected about you. Also, you can request deletion of your account and Personal Information by filling out this online form with the option “Delete My Personal Information.”
- Deleting Your Account. You may delete your account at any time by sending a request to privacy@gonift.com as described in “Contact Us” below. We may also retain certain information about you for legitimate business purposes and/or if we believe doing so is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law.
- Advertising and Partners. You may opt out of Nift providing your Personal Information to Advertisers and Partners. To do so, you can click the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link below and opt out of “Sell or Share My Personal Information.” In addition, you may also send an email to privacy@gonift.com as described in “Contact Us” below. If you opt out of Nift providing your information to Advertisers, you must provide your information to the Advertisers directly in order for your Gifts to be sent to you.
We think that you benefit from a more personalized experience when we and our Partners and Advertisers know more about you and the kinds of offers you like. However, you can limit the information you provide to Nift or that Nift provides to others by not providing answers through the Gift survey process. You can also limit the communications that Nift sends to you, as follows:
- Email. You may manage your email preferences by clicking “unsubscribe” on or opting out of any email communication we send you. You may choose to subscribe to some types of messages and may choose to unsubscribe from others.
- Cookies. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, and you may manage how your browser or mobile device handles cookies and related technologies by adjusting its privacy and security settings. Please note that if you disable cookies, you may be unable to participate in certain features of our Services. If you want to disable all cookies you need to change your website browser settings to reject cookies. The following links provide further detail on how to disable cookies for some of the most popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge. You may adjust the settings on your mobile device to prevent the sharing of precise GPS location-based Information. You may also manage how your mobile device or mobile browser handles cookies and related technologies by adjusting your mobile device privacy and security settings.
- SMS. By providing us with your mobile telephone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages at that number as requested for the provision of Gifts and other purposes related to the Services. You will receive the text at the time you provide your consent, regardless of “quiet hour” restrictions in your area. Residents of Texas are not eligible to receive text messages from Nift. You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the text message that we sent you. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Nift does not discriminate against users for exercising their rights under data protection laws.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, logical, physical, and managerial measures to safeguard your Personal Information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use and modification. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risks of processing your Personal Information. Unfortunately, no measures can be guaranteed to provide 100% security. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information.
Retention of Personal Information
We may retain Personal Information as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including to honor your choices, for our billing or invoicing records purposes with Partners and Advertisers, and as otherwise necessary to fulfill the purposes described in our contractual agreements and this Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to delete, destroy or de-identify Personal Information in a secure manner as appropriate or required.
Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use information from children under 16 years of age and no part of the Services are knowingly directed to children. Nift encourages parents and guardians to monitor their children’s activities online. If you learn that a child has provided us with their information in violation of this Privacy Policy, please alert us to the concern at privacy@gonift.com.
Automated Decision Making
We do not use automated decision-making without human intervention, including profiling, in a way that produces legal effects concerning you or otherwise significantly affects you.
Changes and updates to this Privacy Policy
We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when posted.
Privacy Statement for EEA, Swiss, and UK Users
If you live in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), Switzerland, or United Kingdom, Nift Networks, Inc. is the controller of information processed in connection with the Services and this privacy policy. Lionheart Squared is our representative in the EEA and UK, and can be contacted as set forth in “Our Contact Information” below.
Users in the EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom have the right (i) to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of their personal data; (ii) to data portability in certain circumstances; (iii) to request restriction of processing; to object to processing; and (iv) to withdraw consent for processing where they have previously provided consent. These rights can be exercised as described in the “Your Rights and Choices” section above. EEA and Swiss users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. Nift collects and processes Personal Information about individuals in the EEA, Switzerland, and UK, as described in “How, When and Why We Use Your Personal Information.” Nift processes your Personal Information under the legal bases of legitimate interest, consent or legal obligation, depending on the use:
- Legitimate interest: to provide, operate and improve the Services, provide customer support, personalize certain features of the Services, preventing fraud, ensuring network and information security, enforcing our rules and policies, and marketing and promoting the Services (as more fully described in “How, When and Why We Use Your Personal Information”);
- Consent: to provide your Personal Information to Advertisers and Partners for the specific purposes set forth in “How, When and Why We Use Your Personal Information”.
- Legal obligation: to process your information to comply with our legal obligations.

Nift Networks Data Privacy Framework Policy
Effective as of February 4, 2026.
Policy Purpose
Nift Networks, Inc. (together “Nift,” “us,” “our,” and “we”) is committed to and complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the United States Department of Commerce. Nift has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (“EU-U.S. DPF Principles”) with regard to the processing of Personal Data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Nift has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (“Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles”) with regard to the processing of Personal Data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Statement and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. Scope

This Policy applies to the processing in the U.S. of Personal Data transferred from the EU, the UK, or Switzerland to Nift in the U.S. of: (i) end users of the Nift Sites or social media accounts, (ii) end users of Nift technology that is integrated on our Partners’ websites, emails and mobile applications that are branded “Nift” and link to or reference this Policy or our Privacy Policy, and (iii) contact information associated with our Advertisers or Partners.
Definitions
“Data Subject” means the individual to whom any given Personal Data covered by this DPF Policy refers.
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an individual residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, the United Kingdom (including Gibraltar), and Switzerland that can be used to identify that individual either on its own or in combination with other readily available data.
“Sensitive Personal Data” means Personal Data specifying medical or health conditions, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, or information specifying the sex life of an individual.
Data Privacy Framework Principles
Nift commits to applying the DPF’s Principles to all Personal Data that Nift in the U.S. receives from European Economic Area member countries, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland in reliance on the respective DPF.
1. Notice
In accordance with our Privacy Policy, Nift notifies Data Subjects about its data practices regarding Personal Data received by Nift in the U.S. from member countries of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland in reliance on the respective DPF, including the types of Personal Data it collects about them, the purposes for which it collects and uses such Personal Data, the types of third parties to which it discloses such Personal Data and the purposes for which it does so, and how Data Subjects can contact Nift with any inquiries or complaints.
2. Choice
Data Subjects have the right to opt out of (i) disclosures of their Personal Data to third parties not identified at the time of collection or subsequently authorized, and (ii) uses of Personal Data for purposes materially different from those disclosed at the time of collection or subsequently authorized.
To opt out of such uses or disclosures of Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data, Data Subjects may contact Nift by e-mailing privacy@gonift.com.
3. Accountability for Onward Transfer
If we have received your Personal Data covered by this DPF Policy in the United States and subsequently transfer that information to a third party acting as an agent, we will transfer only the Personal Data covered by this DPF Policy needed for an agent to deliver to Nift the requested product or service. Furthermore, we will (i) permit the agent to process such Personal Data only for limited and specified purposes; (ii) require the agent to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by the DPF Principles; (iii) take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that the agent effectively processes the Personal Data transferred in a manner consistent with Nift’s obligations under the DPF Principles; and (iv) require the agent to notify Nift if it makes a determination that it can no longer meet its obligation to provide the same level of protection as is required by the DPF Principles. Upon receiving notice from an agent that it can no longer meet its obligation to provide the same level of protection as is required by the DPF Principles, we will take reasonable and appropriate steps to stop and remediate unauthorized processing.
Nift remains liable under the DPF Principles if an agent processes Personal Data covered by this DPF Policy in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, except where Nift is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
4. Security
Nift takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Data covered by this DPF Policy from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Data.
5. Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation
Nift limits the collection of Personal Data to information that is relevant for the purposes of processing. Nift does not process such Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by the Data Subject.
Nift takes reasonable steps to ensure that such Personal Data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current. Personal Data will be retained in accordance with our business purposes and our obligations to comply with legal requirements and professional standards, unless a longer retention period is otherwise permitted by law and its retention adheres to the DPF Principles.
6. Access
Data Subjects whose Personal Data is covered by this DPF Policy have the right to access such Personal Data and to correct, amend, or delete such Personal Data if it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of the DPF Principles (except when the burden or expense of providing access, correction, amendment, or deletion would be disproportionate to the risks to the Data Subject’s privacy, or where the rights of persons other than the Data Subject would be violated). Nift will make reasonable and practical efforts to comply with your request, so long as our doing so would be consistent with applicable law. To make a data access request, Data Subjects may contact Nift by e-mailing privacy@gonift.com.
7. Recourse, Enforcement and Liability
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Nift’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. In compliance with the DPF Principles, Nift commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection or use of your Personal Data. Data Subjects with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of Personal Data received in reliance on the DPF should first contact Nift by e-mailing privacy@gonift.com.
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Nift commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of Personal Data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF to JAMS, an independent, alternative dispute resolution provider, at no cost to the complaining party. If your DPF complaint cannot be resolved through the above channels, under certain conditions, you may be able to invoke binding arbitration for some residual claims not resolved by other redress mechanisms. Nift agrees to periodically review and verify its compliance with the DPF Principles, and to remedy any issues arising out of failure to comply with the DPF Principles. Nift acknowledges that its failure to provide an annual self-certification to the U.S. Department of Commerce will remove it from the Department’s list of DPF participants.
Disclosure of Personal Data
Nift may share Personal Data with certain third parties for the purposes set forth in Nift’s Privacy Policy. For more information regarding the purposes for which Nift uses your Personal Data, as well as the basis on which Nift discloses Personal Data to our Partners, Advertisers and other third-party processors, please see the Section titled “How, When, and Why We Use Your Personal Information” in Nift’s Privacy Policy.
Nift may be required to provide Personal Data to legal authorities or others as necessary to i) comply with a law, regulation or legal request (including requests related to national security or law enforcement requirements), ii) to protect the rights or property of a third party or Nift, or iii) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
Changes to this Data Privacy Framework Policy
This DPF Policy may be amended from time to time consistent with the requirements of the DPF. We encourage you to periodically review this DPF Policy to be aware of updates to our practices.
