My orientation was brief, and I felt should have been more thorough, but all in all, the staff have been great. The space is very cramped, but they seem to make good use of it nonetheless. Because of its size, the classes are very restricted, which is a good thing, but also means that you may not be able to get into some of them. I'm also disappointed that they are closed for a few hours in the middle of each day, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

This is a great small gym with individual attention. It’s pricey but it’s like having a personal trainer so if you figure what THAT would cost, it’s a very good value. Trainers are knowledgeable and nice people! It’s all women and none of that crazy Beautiful Body attitude. Clean and nicely maintained.
