Director of Partner Success

Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month and we are actively hiring for a Director of Partner Success to join our partnerships team. Over the last year, ecommerce brands have shifted significant portions of their marketing budgets to Nift. Our investors are the same folks who invested in Fitbit, Warby Parker, Wayfair, and Twitter. We're looking for a trailblazer to help build our playbook and scale our partnership management team.

The role:

As a Director of Partner Success, you will be responsible for supporting our partners throughout their lifecycle with Nift. You’ll build compelling business cases for prospective and existing partners, exhibiting how Nift can benefit their product and growth. As a trusted advisor, you will support our partners every step of their journey. Experience growing a team is a plus, but not a necessity.

What you will do:

  • Be responsible for partner engagement & life cycle management
  • Pre and post sales support of prospective & existing partners
  • Build rapport with new and existing partners, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Proactively monitor accounts to ensure goals are being met
  • Prepare presentations for prospective and existing partners, reviewing performance, and making suggestions for optimizations
  • Design use cases for the use of a Nift in partner products/apps
  • Build business cases for those use cases
  • Drive partner product/platform optimization, influence the product and processes based on experience interacting with partners

What You Need:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of successful client success/account management experience with a focus on strategic partnerships
  • Motivation, drive, grit, integrity, and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to take direction, course correct, and implement feedback quickly
  • Interpersonal skills that help you connect, build rapport
  • Exceptional analytical skills, great with data and spreadsheets
  • Strong sales instincts--this role is focused on partner success and revenue
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, outstanding with follow-up
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fun, fast-paced environment
  • Track record of consistently achieving your goals and getting things done for you and your team.
